If both endings return to the normal regime for every K, including a creep with no ternary digits left, the proof can case-split on creep or no creep and never has to predict the trigger. "rationale": "The normal regime is fully ruled and validated: RL, RS, RT and the record rule pass 600/600 over two seeds, and RM passes 300/300. SBCv8 TM31 is a proved machine 1 transition away (F1 0RE vs our 0RD), and its Longitudinal machinery can be reused (its module is about 325 lines). A halt needs A to read 0 1 0, which every validated rule avoids, so it could only come from the unruled pause or creep. The open part is therefore small and well located. The cryptid worry (only m=14 of m=9..18 crept) matters only if a creep can be dangerous. Hand tests with K = 1, 0 and -1 keep running, which suggests both branches are safe. A proof that covers both branches does not need to predict the trigger. One stage answers the question either way.",
